I've been contacted by an ex club member who has decided that the time has come for her to part with her beloved Stratos. And beleive me it wasn't an easy decision, I suspect she may decide at this late stage that it's a mistake but really needs to see the car go to someone who will appreciate it as she has done.
The car is a red stradale with a Guy Croft Lancia twin cam that has had a recent service and tune up by the man himself. Guy is also being approached to help with the sale. It's right hand drive and comes with a lamp pod although this isn't currently fitted. She tells me it would benefit from some upholstery work and is currently without tax or MOT but that these are negotiable with the new owner. The car has been owned by her since 1996 as has always been kept in secure dehumidified storage at the Rudlers place in Wiltshire - if you have a Demon Tweeks catalogue I think there is a picture in there. Currently registered XNM25 the car will be sold with an age related plate, 1977/78 on an S I beleive.
The asking price is £19,500 and interested parties should contact Gerry Hawkridge at Hawk Cars (01892 750431) or myself by email via this site in the first instance and I will pass details along to put the two parties in contact.
