HF 2000 Engine steady bar

Hello all

After falling for the stratos shape at the age of 17
some 15 years ago I have finally bought my dream car, a GP4 HF 2000.
The car is part built to just about rolling chassis stage. Most of the components are there but some are missing. The chassis was built in 1989 and now I'm now the third owner (I hope to finish it!!).

so to the point of my post, Have any of you got a spare Engine Steady bar for a lancia 2000, it links the engine to the rear bulkhead and also supports the rear end of the gear linkage.

Not being a Stratos owner :( but the owner of several Betas in different states of decay :rolleyes: I may have this bar IF it's the same as the engine steady bar fitted to all betas - anyone know the answer?

Hi there BAS - would that be Brent by any chance?

Or is there another Stratos fan in the Guildford area?

Just a quick note to forum users.

It is helpful to other users if you put your name in your SIGNATURE field in your "user control panel". This will help other users know who is posting a message.

To get to your control panel, click the "user cp" button at the top of the screen. Then click "edit profile", and then type your name (and any other details you want printed on each of your postings) in the "Signature" field, then click the "SUBMIT" button further down the screen.

I have just taken mine off, as I'm putting in a V6, so you can have mine.
