My daughter phoned me to say that according to the magazine "Zoo" (anybody over 20 years of age see below to find out what this is) the Stratos was voted eighth in the list of all-time great cars.
Well it is a compliment of sorts. Most of the readership are post-pubescent tossers, I am given to understand. I think the 911 was in there somewhere too. I would be most hurt if the winner was a Pratts Power (sorry, Max Power) Honda Civic, Saxo or, shudder, a Vauxhall Nova. Anyway at least they have heard of a Stratos.
Why only eighth? Which cars beat it? I will endeavour to find out although I've never looked at this particular title.
Anybody know of this article - you don't have to confess to being a regular reader. Don't know what my daughter is doing with it either.

The UK seems to support an inordinate number of magazines for young males suffering from chronic excessive testosterone with intermittent acute adrenaline attacks. Content generally limited to unattainable women with big tits, soccer (should be made illegal), sex, cars (the Maxed up variety).
