Does anyone of you know X19 FILES company and had any experience with them ?
I’ve placed an order, they replied me only the first time then disappeared.
I’ve sent them various messages but they never replied to me.
My order was never despatched. No communication from them.
Are they serious ?

Is this a UK-based company? If not, which country are they from?

I've used them several times with no problems. I think they're a cottage industry, possibly run from their house in their spare time. That's not an excuse though! How long have you tried? Maybe their on holiday?
