I'm looking for someone who can tell me what the proper lash is for the intake and exhaust valve settings for a 1975 Statatos 24 valve engine.

Can you please clarify what you refer to as lash?
I will try to help you although the other persons I mentionned in earler posts are more qualified.
May I ask what you are doing to this engine?

The clearance between the intake and exhaust valve cam followers. Lash caps are installed on the valve tips which are sized to produce this clearance.
I installed this engine in my modified 246GTS Dino Ferrari. The can has 10 inch wide rear wheels and 9 inch front, steel flairs, and bumpers removed. It took a lot of effort to accept the Stratos engine but was worth the effort. Unfortunately I had an oil problem on one of the cams and had to pull the engine.

I guess what you refer to as a cam follower is the valve tappet, right?
If that is the case the the valve clearances for a 24V engine are according to the workshop manual:
Inlet (engine cold)
Clearance 0.2mm, valve lift 9.1mm, opens 54° before TDC, closes 54° after TDC
Exhaust (engine cold)
Clearance 0.5mm, valve lift 8.6mm, opens 61° before TCD, closes 41° after TDC
