Gents,
I have found some strange information on a US parts site.
When I check for used Alfa 164 transmissions, it comes back with an interchange with a Volvo 160 transmission also.
Does anyone know if this is true? Check out the website and try it yourselves.

Chris,
Sorry for my lack of Alfa knowledge, but is the QV just a 24V car or an AWD car?
I have seen reference that the 24V trans has better ratios than the 12V. I'm just having trouble finding out what year and model I'm looking for. Then this Volvo stuff gets thrown in there.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks,
Reed

Q4 is the AWD model. Quadrofoglio (Cloverleaf) or QV model is the one with the bigger power output. There are 12 & 24V cloverleafs.

The Q4 I got my engine out of had a ZF 6-speed transmission - nothing at all like the other Fiat units.
