We all know the price of cams for these engines from Italy. But how much would you be prepared to pay for 4 cams, ground onto Italian sourced steel billets and properly heat treated afterwards for hardness?

If there are enough people interested to part with (realistic) cash for some cams I believe I can source some at a good price. Profile and lift are almost free, but for example:

Fast road 260 degree cam with inlet lift of 9.95 mm end exhaust lift of 9.39 mm, power band 2000 - 6500 rpm

Race/tarmac rally 300 degree cam with inlet lift of 11.47 mm and exhaust lift of 10.96 mm, power band 3750 - 8000

These are just examples. I'm sure there is a spec for your project engine - even a turbo profile or two should you be going that route.

I'll be looking out for responses, but if you wish to send me a private message please do.

Adie Hawkins (AHMotorsports) can offer cams as a regrind or ground from blanks. And also uprated components for the rest of the valve gear (valves, springs, caps, solid lifters - to replace hydraulic kit, etc).

Is that for 4 cams? Halve it if we've got 12v engines?
