Chassis 1865 delivered in Italy on2/1976. Stayed in its native country until 1996. From there it's had 3 owners. Price is correct if the car is as described.

Am i mistaken or is there an "open" glove box (cubby hole, compartment) below the dash on the passenger side??

Correct - but made up from pictures so it won't be accurate. Also note that bottom edge of the dash in the spot where it fits is slightly cut out...
