Another stoopid question I'm afraid....
Could someone confirm which way up the expanded mesh should go please? I have in my mind a drawing I saw somewhere indicating that the correct way is such that incoming air is turned upward towards the radiator, rather than downward.
Seems to make sense, but I'd like to be sure before I go to the bother of fixing the mesh into the frame.
TIA

There's a choice?
Bugger, that means mine will be the wrong way round :(

If you look at the mesh head on as if it were installed you will see that there is definately an open and a closed look to it. I know which option I would choose!

Agreed....but given the angle of the front grille, the obvious choice would tend to turn the incoming air downward away from the radiator so the choice seems to be easily past the grille but ending up going the wrong way, or a harder path through the grille but then headed straight at the radiator core.
Out of interest, which way is yours???? It clearly works just fine, so maybe I should simply copy you and to hell with overthinking everything :)

Mine looks open when viewed from the road level.

So does mine... The build manual reccomends it that way.

Thanks chaps - that's the way I'll do it then. I agree it seems the most obvious initially, but as ever, I over-think things. As I said, it was a stoopid question :o
No mention of it that I could find in the Corse manual though.
I was intending to close off as many of the air escape routes as possible anyway, so hopefully I'll get decent airflow through the radiators.
Thanks again.

No Chris, the stupid thing would be to NOT ask the 'stoopid' questions, make the grill mesh the wrong way up and then wish you'd asked in the first place.

You know what? Mine is the right way round!
I'm sure to produce some more stoopid questions very soon...
