No, I've never heard of a turbo before; but the babelfish translation is worthwhile!
"Rare piece, for cannibalizing too harms! You offer here on original 164, 2 an l turbo V6, only 1992 built. From it there are, according to a Alfa Romeo workshop coworker straight once approx.. 50 pieces world-wide, which drive still by the area. It has Vollaustattung, however not drivingready, since (as per Alfa workshop), the clutch disk must be renewed. I drove to it up to 5.04.04, never left he me daily in the pass, until he was logged out. It has Tuev and Asu to Sept. 04, is by the defective clutch disk not drivingready (approx. 30 euro of the scrap iron, again approx.. ) who can prepare even the car, a mad car drives 100 euro for little money. Further lack: Air conditioning system defectively (I have never used), jumped with the side mirror is the glass (with the last Tuev one had not complained of), from the automatic seat position goes it only highly, but od. back (probably safety devices) in front right (see picture) the fog headlight was occurred not forward by possibly someone. On the windshield a scratch (times drove one day without windshield wipers on the driver's side) is, however never disturbed it me. The heatable back window does not go also. I removed car radio and battery. It ran also only original 152,000, ran up to the conclusion perfectly. Unfortunately I cannot repair cars, have also no friends, who can do such a thing. New winter tires on original rims, (still no 2000 km run) new brake linings were changed a half year ago, exactly like oil and filter. Who repairs in, has a mad car, transmissions of ok. Exhaust of ok, no rust, inside (black leather) and outside note 3. The car is naturally sold as amateur handicraftsman vehicle. Take over also no warranty. The car should be fetched within 10 days with trailer. Who would like to drive a car, what does not drive to everyone, here the opportunity has in addition for little money. Naturally it has g-Kat. "
Yeah, right, erm, OK then .

here's another online translation:
Rarity, to the end battle too would damage!
You offer constructed here on an original 164, 2 l Turbo V6, only 1992. Of it, it gives, according to an Alfa-Romeo workshop colleague just once ca. 50 pieces worldwide, that go yet through the area.
It has not Vollaustattung, however in running order, there (lt. Alfa workshop), the coupling disk renewed will must. I went it to the 5.04.04 daily, it never let me in the sting until it became abgemeldet.
It has tüv and Asu until Sep. 04, is through the defective coupling disk not in running order (ca. 30 Euros of the scrap, newly ca. 100 Euros) who himself the car arrange can, goes a crazy car for little money.
Further Mängel: air-conditioning defective (have I needed), in the side mirror the glass never jumped goes (was in the last tüv does not object to become), of the automatic seat attitude it only highly, but not forward or back (probably securities) ahead to the right (see picture) someone entered become the fog floodlight of any. On the windshield, a scratch (is once a day without disks wiper on the driver side gone) is, however it never disturbed me. The heizbare rear window does not go also. I expanded car radio and battery.
It ran also first original 152,000, ran to the end flawlessly. Unfortunately I can repair no cars, have also no friends who can so something.
New winter tires on original rims, (yet no 2000 km run) new brake linings were changed a half year ago, exactly like oil and filter.
He who repairs in, has a crazy car, transmission ok. Exhaust ok, no rust, interior (black leather) and outside note 3. The car is sold naturally as a handicraft enthusiast vehicle. Also no guarantee at all receives.
The car should be picked up within 10 days with Hänger.
Who would like to go a car, what does not go each, the opportunity has here for little money in addition. Naturally it has G-Kat.

I think they were built for tax reasons - although turbo charged the car falls into the sub 2.0l tax bracket (in Italy?).

I had heard of these 2-litre V6 turbo Alfa engines, fitted to 164s and (fwd) GTVs at least. There were a fair number of turbo GTVs imported to the UK before the model was officially available here.
They were indeed created as a tax-break model for the home market, where apparently there is/was a *huge* difference in the company car tax for cars with engines over two litres in size.
I wondered about the use of the turbo manifolds/parts on a three litre engine, but was told they were not of a large enough bore to make it a worthwhile starting point.
I guess David May could provide more info on these. And also on their reliability (or not) and power/torque output levels, if anyone is interested.
Also note that for motorsport use, this won't count as a two-litre since an equivalence factor is applied (used to be 1.4 times capacity, it is probably more than that now).
