Hi, Just wondering if anyone knows how many real and replica Stratos cars there are in the UK.

You certainly dont see that many, even at meetings.

Hi Tim,
Difficult to give you an accurate number as "we don't know what we don't know." However, given what we know through the club, there are around 20-25 original cars in the UK, and somewhere between 50-80 replicas, although it's difficult to say as many of them have "disappeared" into garages, or have been shipped abroad. (Transformer/Hawk Cars have produced 360 kits since it started offering the product, and the other manufacturers (CAE, Litton) maybe have produced 50-60 kits, but I have no real data on that) I'm in the process of a new count, but at the moment we have identified around 12 UK original owners, and 40 replicas through club. I will have a more detailed breakdown available for the AGM on 12th June.....Hope you can come?

This would make a very intersting thread, so let's see where it goes......
