Cut Away Poster

Does anyone else remember a beauiful cut away poster of an Alitalia Gp4 Stratos? There is a picture of it in the Curami book on page 135.

Anyway, years ago Ian Gear gave me a copy of it. Sort of. It is a photocopy on three A3 sheets that overlap to form one big picture. Only it's in black and white.

Is there anyone out there with the ability to digitally scan, stitch together, recolour and reproduce these? I will happily send what I have to anyone who claims the ability to perform miracles!

Or are there reproductions out there and available already? I'd love one to put onthe garage wall sometime!

You might be easier starting again and scanning the Curami illustration, then resizing and printing.

Its fairly similar (although better) to the Shin Yoshikawa prints which are occasionally on eBay and go for $10-15.

I should be able to help you Guy in reproducing your three A3 sheets to a single A3, and might be able to find someone that would add colour to your B/W Alitalia GP4.

Thanks Gerard - I will drop a set of the three components in a tube to you next week but don't worry too much if there's nothingthat can be done. If it's possible then I'm sure that everyone in the club would like a free copy and it may just persuade a few new people to join!
