Anyone tempted by this description should be wary - these MAY be Dino Coupe units but aren't like any I've ever seen and certainly aren't the Stratos ones. That doesn't mean to say they won't fit though!

Good call Guy. I spotted them at lunchtime and was scratching my head to figure out how they fit, they look to have quite an angle on them. I know the lense slopes front/top to bottom/back but I didn't expect the side angle to be so great.
Also, the lenses are orange and weren't all the Strats clear? Superformance list both clear and orange replica lenses on their web site at a reasonable cost but when I was down there a few weeks ago they didn't have any and weren't expecting to have anymore (it was almost like they didn't know they listed them!)
It's a pain, in nearly two years of looking these are the first I've spotted on eBay. And they're the last "rare" item I'm looking for...... perhaps its worth a punt.
Andrew.
P.S. If anyone else is interested the seller is in Germany and wants €15.00 to ship to the UK.

Try asking Gerry - I think i saw a couple of used pairs with new lenses in his sheds last time I was down there poking about! Failing that Geoff Turton may still have a pair but with mismatched lenses. I don't think i'll be parting with mine after the Pirelli job though!

Guy, I tried Geoff after you recommended I try him in the email you sent me, without any luck. I'll try Gerry. Thanks.

Hi Andy - I'm on my way over there in the morning to see if I can nail Pete down on a price for a Pirelli paint job - make or break!
I'll have another look and see if they're still there and what he wants for them.

No, there's a Munich in America as well ! That's why the shipping seems so expensive! Plus there's a small risk of getting hit for Duty and VAT by those friendly Customs people!
In my experience, they only target the heavy and/or valuable items though!

Andrew,
Try e-mailing Jeff Davison. He picked up a few sets of Dino Coupe marker lights over the last couple of years, and may still have a set available. I bought a set off of him that were like new. Very expensive, as I recall.
If that doesn't work out, let me know. I have an extra set that I don't really need, but they're in rough shape. They're complete, but I think one lens is cracked, the rubber parts have perished, and one of them needs to be re-wired. I'll confirm their condition this weekend, and see if I can find out what I paid for them if you're interested.

Scott & Guy, thanks for the help. I'll drop Jeff an e-mail and see if he wants to sell. I'm not in a desperate rush as it's not a component to hold the build up.

Dropped into Geoffs this morning but couldn't see the indicators.
Sorry!
