Do ye use the original Alfa V6 pump and fit it back into the tank or use an external one ?
I assume ye use the winging from the ECU to start and stop the pump ?

I have used a pump from a beta volumex as I previously had a VX engine in the car, it is made by Bosch and apears to be a universal type fuel pump.

I use a Vauxhall Nova/Astra/Cavalier/Carlton fuel pump. It is from one of the fuel injected versions, (I think it was a Cavalier 2litre) but all of these models had the same pump fitted to the fuel injected models. It is more than adequate for even a modified Alfa v6, and is easily available at breakers yards.

Guy Mayers fitted the standard in-tank fuel pump from the 164 when he converted his car to V6 power, which is probably neatest but needs extra work on the installation.
You can probably use the majority of available fuel pumps that are intended for injection systems - but generally not those from carb engines.
I have used the fuel pump as fitted to the 3-litre Alfa 75, since that is obviously intended for the right sort of flow rates.
