Lancia Stratos SupersiteLancia Stratos - World Championship RallycarEven with the turn of the new Millennium, few cars have ever been produced which can match the futuristic style of the Lancia Stratos, designed by Bertone for Lancia, and first seen in public at the 1970 Turin Motor Show.
Only 492 of these fabulous supercars were ever produced, but this mid-engined "homologation special" provided Lancia with three successive World Rally Championship titles, from 1974 to 1976. Stratos Motorsport Weekend 2006 Time is fast approaching for the annual Stratos Motorsport extravaganza. On June 10th/11th 2006, we will be running the 6th Stratos UK Motorsport Weekend at Abingdon. Once again it promises a weekend of action and excitement which any Stratos enthusiast cannot afford to miss. (Click here for more details...) The Stratos Forum is available to anyone who wishes to share their views on anything Stratos related. There is also a section where you can place adverts for anything you wish to buy and sell. (Click here to go to the Forum...) At the Geneva Motor Show, Automotive Designer and Stratos Enthusiast, Christian Hrabalek, unvieled his Fenomenon Stratos concept car. We celebrated 30 years of the Lancia Stratos, at a special weekend in Abingdon,UK in June. Stratos UK Motorsport Weekend 2002 Thie 2nd Stratos UK Motorsport Weekend was held on June 8/9 2002, and although the weather was attrocious on the Sunday, it was still an excellent weekend. Congratulations to Jerry Bailey for his victory in the SPRINT, and to Tony Aylot and Jan Leach for their victory in the RALLY. (Read more...) Stratos UK Motorsport Weekend 2001 The weekend of August 25/26 2001 saw running of the first ever Stratos UK Motorsport Weekend. In total 26 Stratos were present over the two days of the weekend, and the event was declared a major success by all who attended. (Read more here ....)
